We are challenging you!
November is our fat loss challenge month. We will be running a 30 day challenge where clients follow and extensive nutrition and exercise plan. Participants will receive the following support in their efforts to loose unwanted body fat:
30 minute nutrition consultation with a certified nutritionist
A weekly meal plan
3 training sessions per week (one personal training session and 2 group sessions)
A take home 2 x per week cardio program
