We had 15 brave souls embark on a 30 day fitness and nutritional challenge in an attempt to loose body fat. We had an aggressive 6 day per week exercise plan and a nutritional consultation and plan for each participant. It was really encouraging to see how hard everyone was working. When proper eating habits are combined with a great exercise program it is really amazing what can happen in only 30 days.
As a group we managed to shed a whopping 61 pounds, and drop a total of 36 inches. The average decreases were as follows:
Weight: decrease of 4 pounds
Girth measures (hips, chest, butt): decrease of 2.5 inches
%fat: decrease by 3.5%
Congratulations to our winners Patricia Horton and Jeff Thornhill. Patricia lost 9 pounds, 5 inches, and 5%. Jeff lost 11.5 pounds, 2.5 inches, and 4.6%.
