We are conducting a 6 week challenge where participants will be put through various strength and fitness tests, train for 6 weeks, and then test again. The GWA Combine consists of 4 strength or power measures and one funcitonal mobility test. There is a challenging circuit designed by yours truly (Jon Bula) where to goal is to complete the 8 exercises as quickly as possible.
We will be posting all of our trainers' testing results as inspiration for all you Combine hopefuls.
Testing takes place during your first personal training session and then the final testing day will be on March 28th. All participants will test that day and we will cap things off with a social (location TBD). There will be prizes for the top overall Combine score as well as for most improved. This is going to be great fun and fitness!
