Last week I was serioussssssssly dragging myself out of bed.
5am came way too early and the thought of getting on a spin bike was not at the top of my list. But the power of teaching is that I am held accountable.. there is no choice to not show up, so after downing a shot of Vega's PreWorkout Energizer I made my way to the gym.

Here is a piece of the spin routine we did last week... complete the warm up followed by the #2 routine 3 times for a 15 minute blast on the bike!
1) Warm up 3 minutes
2) 45 seconds Jog (Standing up on the bike)
45 seconds Hover (Bum back over seat, chest down towards your bars, belly pulled in)
30 seconds Run
30 seconds Hover Sprint
30 seconds seated recovery
