Our blogging game is about to change! Over the past few months we have upped our blogging to once a week rather than once a month and the feedback we have gotten from you has been great! Thank you to everyone who has been reading :).
In order to keep things fresh and exciting we are going to be changing up the format of some of our blogs. We are going to be answering your most curious fitness questions and some of it will be done through video.
So here is your call to action! If you have any fitness questions that you have been dying to know the answer to, e-mail them to firstname.lastname@example.org or comment below. We want to make sure we answer them to the best of our ability and translate the science into something everyone can understand so we will be putting a lot of thought into some of the questions.
