As some of you may have read in our monthly newsletter, we are holding a fun fitness challenge for all our Members of GWA throughout the month of February.
The challenge is open to everybody and the best part is…there is no charge!
We have seen so many of you full of positivity in the gym since the start of January and we want to keep this feel good attitude into February. According to statistics the end of January can be one of the most depressing times of the year due to Christmas debts and rainy days. In GWA however we are wanting to keep the ‘feel good’ buzz going!
If you don't usually take part in events this can be the perfect opportunity for you to sign up as there will be so many other members taking part to help keep you on track. The GWA trainers will be taking part too, we have to practise what we preach.
Posters and sign up sheets will be in the gym next week but here is a sneak peak at a few of your 10 challenges:
An outdoor winter activity
Run/Walk 25 flights of stairs in one day
Drink at least 8 cups of water one day during the month
