I know that we don’t really want to admit it yet but the truth is Christmas is only a mere ten weeks away! We do have the Halloween Holiday to embrace first but after that Christmas will be surrounding us; the shops will be playing festive tunes, decorations will be on display, people will be shopping and office drinks will be filling up your social calendars.
In preparation for this manic time of year (especially the office drinks) we have set up the perfect challenge that will have you feeling fit and fabulous for the 4th of December. INTRODUCING…… The November Fat Loss Challenge!
We have ran this challenge in the gym for the past two consecutive years and each year it continues to be bigger and better, this year will be no different. The four week challenge will commence on November 9th lasting four weeks. There will be PT sessions, weekly incentives to complete your additional workouts, weekly recipes, social media check-ins and much more.
The overall idea, as stated in the challenge is fat loss. You will be able to set your own personal goals with your preferred trainer prior to the challenge, whether it be to drop 1% or 4% body fat, an inch of your waist or 2 inches of your hips. We will then be there to support you along the journey, give you healthy eating tips and some gruelling workouts.
We are determined to make this challenge the biggest that GWA has seen and we would love as many clients as possible - group clients or personal clients to jump on board. On reaching your goals we will celebrate with an end of year social on Friday the 4th of December (mark your calendars). The social will be for members of the challenge as well of all GWA clients to toast an amazing 2015!
If you want to feel your best for Christmas 2015 don’t think twice, the only thing stopping you is yourself. There is no need to wait for the New Year to reach your goals - we all know New Years Resolutions don’t last anyway :) Make a change for a happy, healthier and more slender you this November!
