Sean’s philosophy of training revolves around a strong foundation of movement and body awareness. He focuses on quality over quantity and believes in mastering the basics before adding complexity to any training program. This ensures long lasting progress and results for all his clients.
Over the last few years, Sean has developed a taste for teaching people how to get stronger than they ever thought possible. Sean discovered his passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals nine years ago, when he was coaching his rugby teammates in the gym. Today Sean is certified by one of the most prestigious coaching associations in the world (Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association).
During his rugby years, Sean travelled twice with the Swiss team to the Junior European Championships and was selected once with the Senior National Rugby team. He also won two Championships on two different continents.
Now practicing the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, he has qualified for two BC Provincial Championships and continues to work towards even bigger goals.
