We have a really cool challenge coming up next month. We are challenging our clients and anyone else for that matter to commit to training every business day in February, so that would be 19 days of 28.
If you really want to create some good exercise habits and feel the benefits of almost daily exercise you really should join us. Now training every day doesn't mean you kick the crap out of yourself each time you exercise. Obviously, there are some hard training days, but what many people never experience is the joy of exercising at a comfortable level. The beauty of training most days and knowing you have done some intense work is that you can really enjoy the easy days.
I exercise 6 days per week (sometimes even 7). Exercise is simply part of what I do. Currently, I lift weights 2 x per week and ride 5 times. I love my easy rides. It's great to be on my bike knowing that I've had some hard workouts (or have some coming up) and I get to just enjoy myself. I also have gym sessions that are easy. I focus on my mobility and do a lot of foam rolling.
I believe creating the habit is the most important thing. Commit to training every day, but not all your sessions need to be intense. Those who take on the #sweateverydayGWA will have a great opportunity to really attack their fitness on all levels. Intensity/recovery/mobility/flexibility/strength/fitness - there is so much your trainer can do for you if you see them 5 days per week.
We are offering the chance to do 19 personal training sessions for the price of 12 in the month of February. Come join us!
