Group Training

Training sessions are 60 minutes long and focus on improving all aspects of your strength and conditioning.  Some areas we work on are: strength training, cardiovascular fitness, core strength, functional movement and mobility/flexibility to name a few. You will be amazed at the variety and creativity in the sessions. Oh ya, they are pretty challenging too…

Great for all fitness levels! First session is FREE and all missed sessions can be made up.

GWA’s exclusive Functional Cardio

Functional Cardio is a 60 minute group class that focuses on taxing the cardiovascular system through muscular endurance training and hard anaerobic intervals. This is a workout with a really high metabolic demand (maximum calorie burn) and a minimum amount of rest.
