Jane’s passion for sport and fitness began at a young age where she was involved in soccer, volleyball, swimming and rowing. As she began to appreciate the beauty of health and fitness while being in nature her drive pivoted towards hiking, cycling and skiing.
While completing her BA at the University of Victoria, Jane was a coxswain for the varsity rowing team for 5 years. She quickly learned that she loved motivating people to explore their limits and reach their full potential. Incorporating her knowledge and experience as a BCRPA registered Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor for TRX and indoor cycling, Jane provides safe, fun, and effective workouts whether clients are first timers or experienced lifters.
