Groundwork Athletics Inc.

We are organizing a monthly GWA Excursion and our first one is a Private Guided Snowshoe up at Mount Seymour.  We have hired Dave Howells from the Yeti Snowshoe Race Series to give us a lesson and then take us on a 1 hour adventure.  Good for all fitness levels, click for details below:

·        Session Start Time: 7:00pm Tuesday February 9th

·        Arrive at 6:45pm so that we can start on time

·        Short talk on snowshoeing, some simple tips, put snowshoes on.

·        Outside quick warm up on snow

·        Don’t worry we will get your heart rate up and have some fun.

·        Back to Bears Den around 8:30pm

·        Rentals provided

·        1.5 hours private guided adventure

·        Trail Pass
