Choose from a variety of group training times that suite your schedule! The next 3 weeks are Drop-ins. Winter term runs from Monday January 11th through to Saturday April 10th (13weeks). Email alan@groundworkathletics.ca to reserve your spot.

Monday-12pm, 6pm

Tuesday-6am, 7am, 12pm (Express 40 mins.), 6pm

Wednesday-7am, 12pm, 6pm

Thursday-6am, 12pm(Express-40mins.), 5pm, 6pm

Friday-7am, 12pm(Spin/Core)

Saturday-10am
