ANDRE ROSEN
My training style could be described as:
Pursuing strong, healthy, & functional movements
My goal is to tailor training sessions to your specific goals and needs. I believe that no matter your exact situation, pursuing strong, healthy, and functional movement patterns underlie your desired outcomes. Having a solid base at all levels allows for better results, faster progressions, and a decreased risk of injury.
My area of expertise is:
Sport-specific training, post-injury recovery training, general strength & fitness training, and low back pain management.
In a session with me you can expect:
To be challenged for sure, but to hopefully have a bit of fun as well! Doing the same workouts over and over can be tedious, so I do my best to switch things up and keep the sessions feeling fresh every time! I’m always open to hearing and implementing your feedback though — open communication with a trainer is one of the most important factors in achieving and maintaining success as a team over time. I also genuinely enjoy connecting with my clients and I want to get to know who you are outside of the gym, which will allow me to help you to the best of my abilities inside of it.
I typically start working with a client by putting them through a comprehensive functional physical assessment. This gives me a good idea of both where their fitness level is at, as well as of any muscular and/or mechanical imbalances or deficits that we can work on through targeted accessory exercises in tandem with traditional training exercises.
