Our small group classes are designed to give you the same intense workout as a Personal Training session, but with 8-10 others who will push you to perform at your best!
It’s the perfect balance between one on one support and a large group fitness class where you can sometimes get lost in mix.
We believe in the power of community to motivate and inspire- come out and push yourself beyond what you believe is possible.
Our Classes
GWA TOTAL BODY
Training sessions are 60 minutes long and focus on improving all aspects of your strength and conditioning. Some areas we work on are: strength training, cardiovascular fitness, core strength, functional movement and mobility/flexibility to name a few. You will be amazed at the variety and creativity in the sessions. Oh ya, they are pretty challenging too.
Everyday athlete
Prepare your body for multi-directional demands. Build an athletic body well-conditioned to be dynamic and explosive. Experience high level training that will challenge all aspects of your athleticism. Workout intensity will be medium to high.
All Strength
These classes will help you build muscle, and get stronger than ever. We periodize this class in cycles of muscle building and strength development. If you like using weights and pushing your strength limits, this is the class for you!
