My training style could be described as:

Client centered and based on sound, evidence based principles, to ensure you feel good about the process, and confident in your future direction. I consider your background, level, skills and abilities, and ultimately strive to help you achieve your goals. No two people are the same, so having an individualized plan, that you enjoy, is my main priority. Expect to receive a healthy dose of hard work, support, and motivation.

My area of expertise is:

I began by helping athletes and active populations Return to Play (RTP) from injury, and reconditioning individuals from mild traumatic brain injuries (mTBI’s). Having seen what impact these situations can have on individuals, I now consider it a mission to help people build physical and mental resilience, through training, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. People that are balancing families, business and other responsibilities can struggle to fulfill their potential and live their athletic identity, that’s exactly what I’m here to help with.
